Tianna Shockley is a Research Assistant in the Laboratory for Adolescent Science at Vassar College where she is currently a student. She intends to graduate in Spring 2017 with a B.A. in Psychological Science and a minor in Studio Art. She is interested in the clinical aspects of the psychological field and is specifically interested in helping survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Tianna is currently conducting independent research with the help of Department Chair, Debra Zeifman, regarding nursing vs. bottle feeding and obesity in children. She has previously worked with women who have substance abuse problems at Project M.O.R.E. in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. In the future, Tianna hopes to attend graduate school and recieve her M.F.T. or M.S.W.
